Apple today said it will host an event Sept. 7 in San Francisco, where it will unveil its newest iPhone smartphones. As expected, Apple pegged the presentation for the Wednesday following the U.S.

Both devices are powered by Apple’s A10 Fusion chip, a 64-bit architecture the company says is 40% faster than the A9 in the iPhone 6S and the 6S Plus and 120 times faster than the original iPhone.
