The Jaw Pain (TMJ) Guide 📚 Here are 3 of the simple “do it yourself” rehab exercises I like to give patients who have jaw or TMJ (temporomandibular joint) pain. In clinic, I usually incorporate these in with manual therapy, modalities, and other motor coordination training to get the jaw pain free and full motion. Always do these pain free .
