Whenever it was time for my students to start working independently, I felt like I was constantly being pulled in 5 different directions at once. It wasn’t until I implemented these 3 routines that I finally saved my sanity: 1️⃣Work Checker Whenever my students are working on something independently as practice that isn’t a test, I have my Work Checker make sure it is complete and has their name on it before they turn it in. This student walks around with a clipboard and will either give student
